§ 2

Czech Radio offers a service to the public of the Czech Republic creating and broadcasting radio programs on the entire territory of the Czech Republic. The mission is to offer objective, confirmed and balanced information for free opinion making, development of the cultural identity of the Czech nation and national and ethnic minorities in the Czech Republic, offer ecological information, serve as education and amusement tool for its listeners.

This law takes effect with the January 1, 1992.
