§ 78

(2) If at the territory of capital Prague live according to the last census of the population at least 5% citizens declaring nationality other than Czech, the authority of the capital city Prague shall create a committee on issues of national minorities. Members of such committee are also representatives of national minorities, if an association formed according to special legal regulations delegates them; members of national minorities must make at least half of the committee.
