Article 4
Definition of Terms
For the purposes of this Act:
b. sensitive data shall mean personal data revealing nationality, racial and/or ethnic origin, political attitudes, membership in trade union organisations, religious and philosophical beliefs, criminal activity, health, and sexual life of the data subject;
