Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak socialist republic adopted this law:
§ 4
Association are not permitted
a) whose aim it to deny or restrict personal, political or other rights of citizens for their nationality, sex, race, origin, political and other opinion , religious belief and social origin , to initiate hatred or non tolerance for these reasons, support violence or in any other way violate the Constitution and laws
