ON PUBLIC INFORMING

I. BASIC PROVISIONS
Content
Article 1.
This Law regulates assumptions for the freedom of press and other means of public informing; the right of journalists and other participants in public informing for freedom in informing and approach to the information sources as well as other rights of these persons, and their responsibility for published information, charges for damage done by the dissemination of particular information, publishing of proceedings and information’s corrections.

(3) State will, in accordance to the regulations prescribed by the specific Law, help financially publishing of the press and other public press as well as production and broadcasting of radio and TV programs in languages and scripts of ethnic and national communities or minorities and will assure conditions required for providing means of public informing for the persons with specific needs as well as members of other social and cultural groups.
