I proclaim Law on state prosecution, which was brought by Chamber of Deputies of Croatian National Sabor on its session of 20 September 1995.

State prosecution is a separate state body, which protects property rights and interests of Republic of Croatia and counties, i.e. city of Zagreb.
IV. INTERNAL PROCEDURES OF STATE PROSECUTION OFFICES
Article 33.
Code on internal procedures in state prosecution prescribes rules of office running, keeping books and auxiliary books, keeping evidences (…), application of regulations on handling cases and delivery of decisions in the language of ethnic and national community or minority, (…)
Article 95.
On the day when this Law comes into force, previous Law on State prosecution ("Narodne novine", No. 17/77., 17/86., 19/90., 41/90. and 83/92.). will no longer be valid.
The implementation of this Law begins on the eight day of its publication in "Narodne novine".
