(5) Persons that are under this Law otherwise obliged to pay all the expenses of the undertaken penal procedure shall be exempted of paying the expenses for the translation into languages of Croatian minorities resulting from the application of the Constitutional provisions and Law on rights of minorities in Croatia to use their own language.
