On the basis of the Article 32. paragraph 2 of Law on State Attorneys ("Narodne novine" No. 75/95 and 36/98), and on a proposal of state attorney of Republic of Croatia, minister of justice brings

Code on internal procedures in state attorneys (in further text referred as Code) prescribes rules of office running, keeping books and auxiliary books, keeping evidences (...), application of regulations on handling cases and delivery of decisions in the language of ethnic and national community or minority,

All decisions and acts of state attorneys must be written clear, brief and readable in Croatian standard language and Latin script, in accordance to contemporary grammar regulation, and adequate application of Penal Code Procedures (Article 7) and special Laws that regulate usage of national minorities’ language.
