LAW
ON ELECTION DISTRICTS FOR THE ELECTIONS OF REPRESENTATIVES INTO THE CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES OF CROATIAN NATIONAL SABOR

Article 1.
This Law regulates elective districts for the elections of representatives into the Chamber of Deputies of Croatian National Sabor.

Article 3.
National minorities elect 7 representatives in Chamber of Deputies, regulated by this Law, in special election districts.

Article 5.
12 representatives in Chamber of Deputies are elected by the citizens of Croatia who reside outside of the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

Article 7.
Special election districts where minority members vote representatives for the Chamber of Deputies are:
1. Election district Buje that consists:
a) area of cities of Labin, Opatija, Pazin, Buje, Buzet, Rovinj, Pula and Rijeka,
b) area of municipalities of Kršan, Sv. Nedilja, Pićan, Raša, Lovran, Matulji, Mošćenička Draga, Cerovlje, Graćišće, Lupoglav, Motovun, Tinjan, Sv. Petar u Šumi, Brtonigla, Grožnjan, Novigrad, Oprtalj, Umag, Lanišće, Sv. Lovreč, Višnjan Vižinada, Vrsar, Bale, Kanfanar, Žminj, Barban, Ližnjan, Marčana Medulin, Sv. Vinčenat, Vodnjan, Cres, Mali Lošinj, Bakar, Čavle Jelenje, Kastav, Klana, Kostrena, Kraljevica, Viškovo, Lipik and Pakrac,
where members of Italian minority elect one representative.
2. Election district Osijek that consists:
a) area of cities of Zagreb, Rijeka, Split, Koprivnica Virovitica, Opatija, Pula, Beli Manastir, Daruvar, Vinkovci, Ilok, Vukovar and Osijek,
b) area of municipalities of Bilje, Darda, Draž, Čeminac, Kneževi Vinogradi, Petlovac, Popovac. Grubišno Polje, Veliki Grdevac, Dežanovac, Dulovac, Končanica, Sirać, Andrijaševci, Jarmina, Nijemci, Otok, Stari Jankovci, Stari Mikanovci, Tordinci Ivankovo, Bogdanovci, Borovo, Lovas, Tompojevci Tovarnik Trpinja, Antunovac, Čepin, Erdut, Ernestinovo, Vuka, Legrad, Gradina and Velika Pisanica,
where members of Hungarian minority elect one representative.
3. Election district Daruvar that consists:
a) area of cities of Zagreb, Rijeka, Bjelovar, Sisak, Kutina, Daruvar, Osijek, Đakovo, Našice, Ilok and Vukovar,
b) area of municipalities of Lipik, Pakrac, Grubišno Polje, Veliki Grdevac, Dežanovac, Đulovac, Končanica, Sirač, Antunovac, Čepin, Erdut, Ernestinovo, Vuka, Drenje Gorjani, Levanjska Varoš, Punitovci, Satnica Đakovačka, Strizivojna, Semeljci, Trnava, Viškovci, Đurdenovac, Feričanci, Podgorač, Koška, Bogdanovci, Borovo, Lovas, Tompojevci, Tovarnik, Trpinja, Berek, Garešnica, Hercegovac, Kaptol and Lipovljani,
where members of Czech and Slovak minorities elect one representative.
4. Election district Osijek that consists:
a) area of cities of Zagreb, Ilok, Vukovar, Osijek, Slavonski Brod, Vinkovci, Beli Manastir, Valpovo, Karlovac and Split,
b) area of municipalities of Bogdanovci, Borovo, Lovas, Tompojevci, Tovarnik, Trpinja, Antunovac, Čepin, Erdut, Ernestinovo, Vuka, Andrijaševci, Bebrina, Drenovci, Gunja, Donji Andrijevci, Lipovljani, Sibinj and Donji Miholjac,
where members of Russin and Ukrainian minorities and German and Austrian minorities elect one representative.
5. Election district that consist of the whole territory of Republic of Croatia, where members of Serb minority elect 3 representatives.
Article 8.
On the starting day of the application of this Law, previous Law on election districts for the elections of the representatives into the Chamber of Deputies of Croatian National Sabor will not be valid anymore ("Narodne novine", No. 33/92. i 39/92.).
