Article 10

(1) Each child shall have right to protection for normal physical, mental, moral and social development and to protection of his/her rights and interests.

(2) No restrictions of the rights or the privileges shall be admitted based on race, nationality, ethnic origin, sex, origin, proprietary status, religion, education and beliefs.
